Using this platform

This platform is provided to help citizens report civic hazards (open manholes, blocked drainage, damaged roads, and similar issues) and to help municipal departments track and verify their resolution. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Accurate reporting

Reports must reflect a real hazard at the location and time submitted. Submitting false, misleading, or duplicate reports to manipulate department response times is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Automated processing

Photos and videos you submit are analyzed by automated classification and verification systems to assess severity, assign risk scores, and confirm fixes. This processing supports, but does not replace, human review by department staff.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Department and administrator accounts are provisioned by an administrator and are subject to the same reporting and conduct standards as citizen accounts.
